Beso Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–2] business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. MST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

2) Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Live rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
  • Standard: [3–7] business days; Expedited: [2–3] business days; Express: [1–2] business days (after processing).
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3) Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within [the continental U.S.]. Exclusions may apply.

4) Carriers

We primarily ship with [USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL]. Beso may select an equivalent service to meet the promised speed.

5) Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our facility.
  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear.

6) Address Changes & Order Edits

If you need to update your address or cancel, contact us immediately at support@yourdomain.com with your order number. We can’t modify orders that have already shipped.

7) Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

8) International Shipping

9) Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may incur VAT, duties, and import fees collected by local authorities. These are not included in Beso prices or shipping fees.

10) Split Shipments

To deliver items quickly, your order may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost.

11) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors and the delivery area, then contact the carrier.
  • Afterward, email info@besoskincare.com with your order number. We’ll help investigate.
  • Consider adding shipping insurance or signature confirmation at checkout where available.

12) Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Returns marked undeliverable/refused will be refunded minus original shipping and any return carrier fees. Reshipments may incur additional shipping.

13) Pre-Orders & Backorders

Estimated ship windows appear on the product page and/or confirmation email. Mixed carts may [ship together/ship separately].

14) Holiday & Peak Periods

During peak seasons, processing and transit times may be extended.
